Uh, Cody was online for a direct hit until Road Dogg brushed him off to the side. Certainly looked like a sandbag and/or botch on RD's part.

This Raw just felt very off without Cena and Punk.

The crowd was very on the fence too - either keep cheering for CM Punk, or don't cheer for them at all. It was like the crowd didn't know what to do.

Miz is getting married soon. He could have written himself off tv. Or he could have left and no one knew or cared.

I have a glimmer of hope Lesnar/Batista have the #1 contender match. I still here the Roman Reigns chants when it was he and Batista and Rey Mysterio boos at #30 that in addition to Batista sucking up both promos. This is utter failure. WWE has Heyman, Steamboat, Rhodes, etc. I wish they'd not leave it up too HHH

Bryan, Punk, Lesnar, Reigns have legit earned the spot

Been awhile since someone has posted, so I thought I would remind everyone of this gem. Shawn really knows how to pull off a great finish, you mix that with Shelton Benjamin and you get one of the best matches in recent memory.

    From Wrestlezone:

Here are a lot of current possibilities with the WrestleMania 30 card, as we have been reporting, and the final decision has yet to be made on some of the top matches.

Inserting Daniel Bryan into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match with Randy Orton and Batista is being discussed as we previously reported.

WZ has also learned for sources inside WWE that if Bryan is put in the WWE title match, which would make a Shield triple threat match unlikely, then Triple H versus Roman Reigns is a strong possibility for the big event.

WWE is currently very high on Reigns, and the company would use the storyline of The Shield having been the henchmen for The Authority in the past year as the launching point of a singles match between Reigns and HHH.

This is what I want to happen for sure especially if Reigns goes over HHH and it puts D-Bry in the title match which he will hopefully win.

I'm getting so tired of hearing people crying about Daniel Bryan, they want to just hand him the damn belt and that would be the worst thing they could do right now!

I mean seriously you can't say he isn't getting pushed, he is main eventing more Raws than the damn champion is. if they just gave us him with the belt now than it would be boring!!!! Wrestling isn't about making fans happy, like J.R. said, its about drama! All these dumb little internet fans that think they are smart are ruining the product with their chants more than Triple H is with his questionable bookings.

Oh and if Punk left because he wasn't happy with how they were booking him than he lost some respect from me. He was supposed to get Triple H at WM which is a huge match, that any other guy in that locker room would kill for!

He wasn't even in the Rumble that's what is pissing people off. They want Batista and Orton in the Main event. If it wasn't for the fans response he would still be mid-carding with the f**king Wyatts.

The rumble was a disaster, everybody knew the fans were expecting Bryan to be a surprise in the Rumble so they let fans believe it (it was false advertising without actual advertising). Naturally when the fans didn't get what they expected they weren't happy and the whole Rumbles was tanked. Batista had zero chance to be well received the way they handled it.

Bryan doesn't need the belt now, but as the most popular guy in the company he needs to be in the picture in some form, even if it means feuding with the authority to earn that spot. Thanks to their poor handling of the Rumble, they're top angle (Orton v Batista) just gets s**t on every time they are on the screen.

Punk already feuded w/ Triple H before a couple years ago and Triple H went over (of course as always cue burial gif). Punk has been there done that with him and rehashing that is just lazy booking to me IMO If anything, they should've kept Punk as a heel and he should've main evented w/ Dbry going over for the win at Mania. He has even said that match is what he preferred and wanted to put Dbry over so take that for what its worth

First off, he (Daniel) said in a promo that he wasn't going to be in the rumble, he said something like, "Since Luke and Erik are in the Rumble me and you (Bray Wyatt) are going to have a match.", people just didn't want to hear that.

Second, Personally I hated Batista winning the Rumble just as much as everybody else but it wasn't because DB wasn't in it. It was because Batista had only been back a week and it was really just to predictable. So I agree the Rumble was a disaster but for different reasons.

Third, He is in the picture, and anybody that says he isn't is just nit picking!

And finally, My main problem with the fans is that, they are disrespecting the other guys that are putting on a show for them by only acting like they care about DB and CM Punk. There were some good moments on Raw last week like Cody on the cage but they just crapped all over it with the "We want Punk" chants, and its not cute, its not serving a purpose, its just noise.

I don't care if he thinks its lazy, he isn't in a position where he gets to make those decisions. Coaches coach and players play, and CM Punk is just a player.

    Daniel Bryan... guaranteed!

Bryan wasn't in the title picture until after the rumble. The company clearly wanted him in an angle with the Wyatts, but they were forced to end it early due to poor fan reception. If the fans hadn't whined he most certainly wouldn't be in the picture.

If they were gonna keep Bryan from winning the Rumble, they should have made an angle out of it, him missing it altogether was completely unacceptable.. Everybody, myself included expected him to be in it and the company knew that.

As for the last part I agree, I don't mind them crapping all over Batista or Triple H, but in general I agree it's in poor taste to bury guys who are busting their ass by chanting for somebody or something not involved in the match.
