Yes, I think English should be our official language and it is our de facto language. That certainly doesn't preclude people from speaking other languages nor does it advocate one immigrant culture over another. It is our history and our tradition however and that matters. I'm suggesting Coca Cola is whoring out American patriotism to sell their junk and I don't like it.

You can't see that Coca-Cola is one of the most successful global brands and that, perhaps, the people singing the song were doing so out of admiration for the country that gave them the sweet sugar water? LOL at people "boycotting" Coke. The product's ubiquitous and this "outrage," like everything else in the Internet era, will fall by the wayside in, oh, a week (or the next time diabetics need a sugar rush).

They're trying too hard. The radio shack and yogurt commercials were simple and fun(ny). The Doritos commercial just looked ridiculous (kid and dog).
You prefer rich white slave owners of the 1700s over the melting pot immigrant culture of the 1800s and the 1900s? Hyperbole yes, but inclusion and celebration of all peoples and cultures is what makes America great, I don't give a rats ass about tradition and patriotism.
Couple of decent ones, but nothing that really stood out that much to me as being fantastic. Plus it was like touchy feely overkill for a while there, not to denounce any of the individual touchyfeely goodness that might have been there. Just in general, it seemed not all that funny and a little too serious at times. That and half of them either ran or leaked before the game, so the suspense wasn't there to the same extent.
