on bev's performance, it was the best zero point game by a player since Batman. Before chandler's sexiness, there was that battier fellow with his brainiac ways.

 

On a less festive note tonight, EVERYBODY on the Rockets needs to practice their 3's and freethrows.

Also some nice remarks by Kyrie about our dynamic duo:

(On the Rockets’ guard play) “Patrick Beverley is a tremendous on-ball defender and he hits the boards. There were two plays in the beginning of the game when I was like, ‘He flew right by me’ and I was like ‘I have to box this guy out.’ He’s a great player and Jeremy (Lin) puts them into transition and is very aggressive on the offensive end and he definitely makes them deadly.”

Bev gave 6 easy points away to Harden and Lin. Such a unselfish player. The great thing about tonight's game is that they were having fun killing the other team. Great to see some high energy teamwork.

 

Bev's low point totals are like Jeremy's turnovers. Not a good thing in a vacuum, but it usually means they're playing their roles to perfection and helping their team win more.

 

Well said indeed. Both PB and Lin are valuable to us. Stopping all those silly statements.

 

I agree, but Bev will need to score when the opportunity arises. It could have easily gone the other way in the final quarter when the Rockets aren't looking and the other team suddenly creeps up from behind for the win. Still, I like his hussles.
