Great game, Dmo is really making a difference lately. Life is good when you play Cleveland.

Awesome! Lin with the triple double. He better take everyone out to dinner. You can tell the team really tried to get Lin his first triple dub. Love how the players are happy with one another's success. It was Jones, DMo a few days ago with career highs. Then Parsons with the new 3-pt record. Everyone excelling in some way.

Maybe there's something to Morey's philosophy of selecting players with one elite skill and well rounded in most other areas.

The rebounding had to be part of the game plan... why did they do it that way? Bev and Lin had almost as many rebounds as everyone else combined.

    1. if Lin does this every game, he might become the best player in the NBA history above wilt bird and jordan that never even started and played 30 mintues in a game. LoL. But yes of course that would be reasonable to start Lin if he plays that well.

2.Bench is a weakness agreed. Not a bad argument i have to admit. But the same can be said about the HEAT. the bench is weak, but let's just put Wade in the bench and let norris cole start. It's the same argument. The argument should be about minutes, which is what i am really discussing. Starting usually equals more minutes and of course higher status and prestige.

If Lin gets 36 minutes / Game, i think that would be the rockets regardless whether he is starting or not starting. Beverely should probably play 24-26 minutes as a defensive energy guy and shooter to space teh floor, with dwight, parsons, Harden and Lin

    Who cares?

Do you think Bev was even thinking about it? No

Do you thin Lin was even thinking about it? No

Pink ranger, Amy Jo Johnson is 43 now and still hot... unbelievable.

Look. It was a good win. We avoided the trap game.

LOF's should be thrilled. If Lin keeps playing like this then he will either get traded and start somewhere or... it won't matter cause you get to see him play thirty minutes a game anyway.

As of right now, it looks like all of the problems are solved except for Parsons mysterious absence.

Thanks you sir - people complaining about a suck bench tonight are doing it on the wrong night. This could have been a lot uglier/closer without their contributions.

Hey, dunno if anyone saw this already or posted already, but on the Rocket's twitter: "Lin says Harden called that last pick and roll to Dwight that gave him the triple double. Says Harden was being unselfish all night."

Just thought it would be good for some of the Lin fans who think Harden is selfish to read that...

Pls enlighten me????? Lin is 5th in mins sorry I don't know every stat for your hero. Bottom line is he plays alot I guess you don't think so but 5th in minutes on the team says otherwise. I'm def speaking facts when I say Lin is on the court in crunch time. I guarantee he has more games playing in the crunch that not this season. Look that up for me pls since you seem to have all Lins stats in a data base in your head.

Your not even a real rocket fan dude we won and your arguing about at best the 4ths best player on the team getting 2 more min a game when the roster is healthy. That sorry dude your boy had a triple double and we won and you bring up that LOF bs... Later to you guy.

It's like school and everyone sees the teacher jerking the one kid around who still tries really hard to stay positive, so they all back him when something nice happens.

you really just need someone to keep the Defense honest, not someone elite. in another words, if you have to work to defense westbrook you got to make sure west brook has to do the same on D. That being said, that person has to be able to play D. Lin is good at playing team D and funneling but not good enough on a 1 to 1. The on the ball pressure is what is going to help on players like Westbrook.

I dont think we need rondo, he requires the ball be in his hands and so does James. therefore the situation with Lin and Harden will be magnified with Rondo and Harden in the same line up. With Harden as the corner stone we wont get a PG like that.

In our system the PG is to push the pace then get the ball to Harden or dwight. When Lin comes in the system changes because lin can create and distribute. Again for our team right now Beve is in the right spot and lin is doing what is best for him to maximize his effectiveness.

Let's look at the bench, shall we , haters?

Lin - very solid and important contributor
    Casspi - solid contributor
DMo - really starting to hit his stride
    AB - solid on O
Asik - can be great if he plays - or will net us someone good
GSmith - can give good minutes as a backup big
    Brewer - needs to go
    Garcia - needs to go
Covington - want to see more - shot looks good.

So how pre tell, does this = our bench sucks? Yes, it should and will be strengthened but they have been doing better as of late, as the whole team has.
