Second thought: Maybe that Clone guy is a Spurs fan. He's being sarcastic about all the whining and excuses from the Lakers.
I browsed a little and the best line I found, "The Spurs are not the better team, they just have the better players" Ummmmmmmmm WTF?
Going through some of the comments on the Laker board would drive me crazy if I had to do that everyday.
I would interpret that statement meaning that, yes the Spurs having better individual talent but the Lakers triangle offense can beat any team expecially if the Zen master is coaching. Which of course is totally BS
Oh god those threads were hilarious. Phil Jackson has his head stuck way up his ass. I agree with the above posters that his attitude towards losing absolutely sucks. He gives zero credit to opposing coaches, players, and teams. Why do people put an asterick next to the name of any Texas team that wins an nba championship? When the rockets won it was only because michael jordan wasn't there, when the spurs won it was only because it was a strike shortened season. The other teams had the same damn chance to win those years but choked.
