I don't understand the hate on our players. Lin Vs Harden and Lin Vs Beverley is just rubbish.

If the Rockets could play better it should be looked into in every possible way.

Serious Ewing theory going on with Harden.

They play more TEAM ORIENTED basketball, but they are not a better team wihtout him.

He just needs to grow up and trust his teamates, Dream had to do that, Jordan - all great players need to learn that the other 4 on the floor are good players too.

Then you get the Steve Kerr's and Robert Horrys hitting game winning big shots.

I agree - if harden trusts his teammates more...and doesn't care about getting his or being the man, then the team can win more. harden can still score 20 a night easily and maybe more efficiently too if the ball moved around. what's better, winning a ring or being an all star?

    It's sad. But it's truth.

Team looks more like a contender team without Harden.
May be because of Harden's defense?

Harden is definitely the best player on the team. However, if he wants to be a super star, he needs to make his teammates better. At this time, that is not happening. Once he realizes that and plays team ball, he will be an amazin player!

Heres the thing, yes we play more team oriented without Harden. Other players have stepped up and it has given players like D-Mo, Lin (dare I say) more freedom. But let's not kid ourselves, Harden is our chance of winning a championship. Ain't no way we getting past the 1st round without Harden playing at a high level. We've played team ball with Harden and had the same results. But if your thinking we're a better team overrall without Harden your stupid and should not be watching basketball

Look at our best wins this year.. How many came without Harden? Not many. This view that we look better without harden is so shortsighted because of the Memphis weekend and these last two games. People need to relax. Just be happy we're playing well without him

I agree but its also up to the other players to make sure they dont defer and stand around on offense as what happens way too much. In the two games Harden has been out, I have seen more off the ball movement that I have all season, and a much, much more aggressive Lin which is something this team needs if they are going to go anywhere later this season.

We play better team basketball but we will need Harden's creation come playoff time and defenses are in lock down mode. Lin has been playing great and all credit to him but he will not be able to sustain it when defenses are locked in on him for a prolonged period.

You need Harden and Dwight and Parsons and Lin and Bev and everyone but it starts and ends with Harden

It's not so much as Harden trusting his teammates as it is Harden trusting the system. Harden is a willing passer even in crunchtime, the issue more is that he wants to try to break down the defense himself dribbling and feeling the guy out instead of passing the ball and moving and then getting the ball in a position where the defender is not set on him. And when he does get the ball in that situation, often he stops and lets the defender set instead of making him move immediately when he has the advantage.

That's the main issue as I see it.

What is our Record without Harden, correct me if im wrong but its luke 6-4 correct. The thing is player can't play the stand and watch game when Harden is out there. Everybody has to do their jobs period. The Coach needs to make sure everybody is moving without the ball and ball movement. I've seen the ball get sticky with all of these players, some tends to do it more than others.
Lin Dmo and Brooks played aggressive last night, these jokers needs to play like this every night. Howard needs to continue to man the paint, don't wait until the refs pi** you off. If we make at least 70% of our free throws, we would have at least won 3-4 more games.

If Harden were in the game, those jokers would probably all be benched.

I like Harden. That said...I'd be open to see what kind of offers we'd get.

We aren't better without him, but we might be better with the players we could get.
