Can you guys imagine watching a rockets game through this perspective <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/m1QqenvfzZI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Isn't that what I think Jeremy Evans did in the dunk contest last year? I don't really see a point to it other than just another random novelty gimmick. Lol
Can't imagine it being adaptable to an NBA game... Too much injury risk... Although, you could probably implement it into NFL. Just put a cameras inside their helmets. Or has it been done already?
It would be awesome if they put the camera on basketball goggles and the player wearing them was streaming live during the game from his perspective.
Survivor man needs these so he can stop carrying his cameras around on his belt. Its cool to see from a bball perspective but too much moving and shaking
That would be pretty cool if they could have NFL players, or any professional player, wear those googles. See the game in the eyes of the quarterback type thing. But you would risk destroying the technology, especially in a sport like football. Maybe if they put it on baseball player batting helmets and hats, baseball would be more interesting and popular in my opinion.
I can't see this working in an actual NBA game, unless they created lgoogle goggles or something. I can see this working in practice with coaches wearing them analyzing movements, plays or whatever.
Should get the Refs to wear one for a few games, maybe we can get to see what they do & don't see! I could imagine saying over and over again, 'how did he call that? He couldn't even see from that angle!' Or 'How did he miss that, he was looking straight at it!!!!'
Asik's perspective during games would probably be Family Guy reruns on TBS since he doesn't have CSN Houston.
