Man, I am so hopeful that Thibs and Bulls are separating next year. Thibs would make this team bona fide Championship team.

A few years too late. I strongly supported him replacing JVG. But the Rockets went a different direction. Hopefully that bridge is not burned :)

I'm not blaming the L on anyone it's just tonight was my worst fear about the rockets that I already knew. From coaching, signings, lineups etc. I really wanted us to win this game at home and knew that this was a big test for us, to see if we could win 4 straight and get in the too 4 in the west, see if harden & Howard were really going to show us that they want to a title, we came up short

Just for fun. Sometimes, we need to know when to laugh a little.

With all these threads about Lin vs. PB going on in the CF, I would strongly support keeping both PB and Lin in the Rockets if I were JH and DH. Otherwise, who else is going to get blamed with those two weeping boys gone ?

to be honest, Mchale is a below average coach for sure. if he can't take the Rockets further in the playoffs in this and next seasons (presuming we make it to playoffs), he will be a goner without doubt. you can't fire a coach with a season record like we are having this season (of course you could if you wanted). the current season record we are having is more like the team is potentially talented and good, any average coaches would probably do it with this team anyway. however with a better coach, the current record would be much better imo.

Like the rockets announcers lying, not mentioning lin's 9 three pointer against Philly.

Man it's kind of sad when you already know harden is going to have a bad game. He never has a good game against good defensive teams.

I think there is a lot of blame to go around on this loss, you can't put all the blame on a player, players, or the coach.

    But

Even the most hardcore McHale fan would have to admit that McHale really sucked as a coach tonight. How is he going to get better? He has been around the game for a long time, if he doesn't know better by now, when will he?

I believe when people debate Beverly vs. Lin, typically they are arguing the coaching decisions not criticizing the players -- even if it seems that way.

People know that players will have good and bad games. It's the coaches job to make the right personnel decisions game by game, minute by minute.

I like Bev. TJones and him are the only two guys I see that play with any heart nowadays.
The rest of the team just seem like they'd rather be watching the game than playing it.

I feel bad for Lin though. He just looks so defeated every time he steps on the court nowadays.

He wants to make Parsons Larry Bird and Motiejunas himself... so if any of these players give him any hope he gives them all the chances to succeed until they miserably fail.

Jeremy Lin is the abandoned lamb. May God helps him.

Terrible play. The grizzs would trap Parsons and Dwight would be the release valve. Is a 15ft jumper from Dwight the shot really want?

Its frustrating to watch how bad our defense is sometimes. How many times did one of the grizzlies just run straight to the basket, got the ball, and dunked it? Also, what the hell kind of play was that at the end!?
