When I lost mine it went really well and frankly didn't seem like a big deal. I was a freshman in college and considering how long I had thought about it I felt well prepared. Ended up doing it 3 times in about 3 hours. That is one thing I miss is the ability to be able to rapidly come back. Now I need some more recovery time but still have pretty stamina.

For those looking to last longer this is where physical fitness really pays off. Martial arts is very good for both aerobic and anaerobic stamina and you need both. Also keeping well hydrated.

 

Yeah, I know I can't go to long, or my out of shapeness really shows. Hell, after 5 minutes I'm ready to be done. If it goes to 15 minutes, I usually just quit. I'm too exhausted at that point.
