The Wagon with 12 points and 13 boards while locking up Al Jefferson down the stretch. Hayes, Patterson and Lowry on the floor down the stretch. Looks strange seeing all 3 of those guys on the same team in a different uniform. Nostalgia.
lol...did Lowry just leave his sneakers on the floor? Edit: He did. I had to go back and watch it. He took em off and left them. Haha...Lowry crazy. He mad about that free throw. I guess those are bad luck shoes now or something.
Weird that Toronto lost 3 straight to pretty bad teams after a hot period. I wonder what is ailing them. Trade rumors bothering people? Chemistry issues because the ex-Rockets only hang out with each other? Seems that their starting bigs, Johnson and Valanciunas, are not doing so well of late and Patterson and Hayes may actually be playing better than them. Anyhow... I wonder if this points to Toronto being more open to trades.
Valanciunas: Chubby Point Guard is tanking the game when me and Amir are on the floor and playing hard when Hayes and Patterson are on! Chubby PG is sabotaging my plus/minus!
Cant wait for Pacers vs Warriors. Its still early but IMO, the Warriors like the Rockets have been slightly disappointing and for a variety of reasons, playing below their talents. This game is going to be interesting and will show how far the warriors have to go before reaching the NBA elites.
It's because the Warriors, like the Rockets, have dealt with injuries to key players throughout the season. It's rare the Warriors and Rockets have had full lineups available.
Injuries have definitely negatively impacted both teams but it is but one of several major issues both teams need to fix. For the Warriors, the other main problems are: the worst bench in the league and one of the highest turnover rate in the league. Other smaller problems include Boguts limited minutes especially in the 4th quarters, Thompsons inefficient post ups, teams lack of free throws, Currys shooting slump (for him anyways). For the Rockets IMO, there primary concerns aside from injuries is, DEFENSE, DEFENSE and DEFENSE. I'm sure there are many other issues, such as Hardens 3%, Lin role, Howard's offensive role, the Asik situation being debated in the GARM.
