Anyone here use this?? What exactly makes it better than AIM? i know you can chat with people on all types of messengers, but is that really the only advantage?
Logging.. can talk to people even with your away message up.. skinning.. customizable smileys.. I think there's more alerts..
It has a very small memory footprint, so you don't have to have AIM, ICQ, IRC, MSN, and Yahoo! all clogging system resources. Also, you can have multiple connections for one medium if, say, you have one AIM account for talking and another for lurking. It's skinnable, far more sleek than any of the clients it replaces, has a wider array of smileys and away options, 128-bit encryption option when talking to other Trillian clients, keeps a full message log of every chat on every medium, can save different schemes for different Windows users, and kicks a lot of ass.
