On my computer I am having a problem with my monitor. On my destop and any programs I open the screens top part (title bar) and right sides are both off the screen, for instance I cannot see the close, maximize, or minimize buttons on the title bar of screens. I've have messed around with everything in my display properties and nothing has seemed to worked, I have my screen setting on 1024 x 768 and all my icons and font seem to be a lot bigger as well. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?

Have you tried changing your screen size? On my computer, on the taskbar is a little moniter icon. Double click it and it will bring up the properties. Under screen size, move the bar to the right a little and click apply.

Not to be rude or anything but read my first post in this thread. I already tried everything under display settings.

Sorry, I know just a little under jack **** in regard to computers. I had a similar problem and that did it for me. You could still try the hitting suggestion.

Get a large horseshoe magnet and hold it up to the monitor for about one hour. That will completely fix your problem.

go to advanced under "display properties" -> "settings". then click on the monitor tab and change refresh frequency to 60 hertz, select ok. it should look better, keep increasing the number till it screws up again.

Sup Lil Pun? Sounds like you may have set your internet browser to view full screen, what OS are you running? You should be able to right click on the grey area next to your "smart" icons and select customize... from there see if there a full screen icon to add to your toolbar. Once you add that button click it and see if that restores your browser to the way you like it. If this is happening outaside the internet let me know. Hope this helps...

Try changing the horizontal and vertical size settings of your monitor. You should have some buttons on the front of your monitor where you can changes things such as brightness, contrast, V size, H Size, position etc...
