    Francis has that puffy face quart of vodka a day look and the last time we saw him play in China he had the same thing going on plus he was oddly thin. He's looked bad for several years now so there is obviously something off with him -- I have little doubt he's also using cocaine -- it's not the biggest secret in Houston that Steve is a big-time partier.

    On the first look, the eyes are vastly different, swollen and perhaps the lips.
