He's a kid. Who knows where he ends up.

But, he picked the right number. #34.

Really like him. Might be the best ball handler of the rookies, and he's 6"10. much more skilled than I expected. I don't want to take a guess at just how good he'll become, but unless he gets seriously injured, he should be a very good 15th pick.

In a couple weeks there will probably start to be people talking about how he hasn't improved, and what he's doing really isn't that impressive, etc., especially as his efficiency drops as teams start to have a better scouting report on him. This is because things usually take longer than everybody thinks they should.

But the physical tools and unexpectedly large skill base aren't a lie. He'll come back next year taller and stronger, rebound better, finish better around the rim, shoot better, and possibly move to the 4.

That block on Durant would be seen as a huge deal, if he was a household name. It was an amazing display of athleticism, hustle, and competitiveness. I still can't believe someone didn't trade up to get this guy earlier. A gamble worth taking at 8-10.

crazy how he was seen as an early second rounder on early mock drafts. I remember CF members being optimistic about the possibility of drafting him in the second round. heck, Morey even went to scout him in Greece.

He is only 18. Efficiency shouldn't even enter right now. Jemaine O'neal didn't blossom until his 4th or 5th season. Give this kid two to three seasons at least.

He rose pretty quickly though. I think he was seen as a top ten lock, but then there was talk about him not coming over soon, or something like that.

He probably should have gone 1 or 2 in the draft.

Needs a jumper. But his floor game is SMOOOOOTH as hell. Hard work will make him a great player.

He guarded him a little it, but they actually had him on Thabo most of the night. Middleton was guarding Durant for the majority of the game.

He has a similar game to Batum but not on his level yet. Durant is scoring 30 ppg now but he came into the league with a very natural shot. I see him being similar to a Parsons player, not a game changer.

I think it's funny that he also wears 34, one less than Durant's 35 lol.

Man I'd give up Asik & Lin for him & Ridnour.

I'd do that if we were still trying to get a star. But we're in contender mode now, and I'm not sure Giannis would even be in our rotation right now.
