That list is pretty terrible. Charley Rosen is on crack. The only three that belong on that list are Shaq, kobe and Tim. The rest are ALL over-hyped. What is JKidd doing on there? I really wanna know what this guy is smokin'! At least he was right about Malone! Finally, somebody who hates the guy as much as I do! Rosen always allows his hate for Malone to shine through. Got a real vendetta for him. God love him for that, even if he is an idiot who gets most facts wrong in many other cases, the Malone hatred saves him.
like most of everyone has said: *MJ *Bob Horry *Miller and maybe kobe at #4. but there is no way in hell Kobe is more clutch than Horry. hell, Horry should be in the HOF just for being so clutch! hahaha
like alot of others Miller Jordan Horry those 3 have amazed me many times. Horry always seems to be on the right place Miller in that game In New York, damn that was amazing Jordan: when he was on the court and the gane was close i always had the feeling they would win it anyway. there are some other clutch players, But none as much as these 3
For those complaining about the lack of Jordan on the list, did you read the beginning of the article? I think that also explains Reggie not being on the list. He's barely a shadow of his former self. As for Horry, Rosen's description before the list eliminates him because he says a clutch guy needs to be able to create his own shot (according to his own definition - feel free to argue that if you like).
Rosen is stupid. Clutch means you hit the shots when it matters the most and when it counts the most. Clutch is when you either have a parade downtown or go home and cry. I'll just leave it at that. I guess Rosen likes the feeling of being on Kobe's jock
I agree 100%. Without Horry, Kobe and Shaq and for that matter even the Rocket's of old would be without a few of their championships. He always stepped up when it mattered most. The Laker's would not have had a parade or even been playing for the championship if it was not for Horry's clutchness last year, regardless of how he gets his shot. Who cares how or why he gets the shot? The point of it is, he gets the shot and does not miss when the game is on the line. That is what Clutch is all about.
