Lakers have San Antonio's number in the playoffs......

Hell, I am pulling for LA to go down in flames, in 5, 6, 7 who cares, just LOSE!!!!!

But the reality of it is, Lakers will probably win the series in 6.

    LA in 4.

The spurs looked terrible against Phoenix and the Lakers and Refs (lakers sixth man) are getting into their stride.

I knew there would be a post where someone stated the Spurs would win in 5 just because I said only one person on earth would pick the Spurs in 5.

I do see some Sandler in you BTW.

Do you have AIM, i just got it and need to add some buddies

I predict that whoever wins this series will win the championship. Mavs/Kings/Blazers are not playing that great. None of them can stop the Lakers or Spurs in the Western Conference Finals. I don't see any Eastern Conference team beating the Lakers or Spurs, either.

Whoever wins this series will get the rings.

The best way to beat the Lakers.

    Kill them early.

If it goes to 6 or 7 games, it's too hard to beat Shaq. They just milk him at end of games. No other team has that type of half-court, probability in their favor.

The only way the Spurs could win is if they get the Lakers down 3-0, early. Don't give them any life.

If you think that the Sprus are going to get killed...no. This is going to be a good series. I just wonder how the rookies will perform (Parker and Genobli).

since i hate the lakers so much, i'm gonna say lakers in 5. just a repeat of last year. weak role players won't hit their 3's when the 4th quarter double teams start on duncan.

    Spurs in 7.
Duncan will dominate over the Lakers horrible PF situation and when Phil puts Shaq on him, Duncan will take him outside, butter him up and then kick shaq's skinny ass back home. Wait, that was KG, cept the other way around....

Well, i still think spurs in 7

If Tim Duncan had not already won one, I would say the Laker would take it, but this is now a big man's series, and the Spurs will win in 6.

Ya know every year the people of San Antonio get soo excited to have the best team with the best record and the best player.
Yet every year they lose in the first or second round and break the hearts of those Fat Antonio people.

    Anyhow, SPURS IN 6!!!!...I hope!:D

The lakers better start playing zone on Tony or he's gonna show the whole world how worthless Fisher's D really is. I'm looking for Parker to average 20ppg in this series. Spurs in 6.

Lakers in 5. Regular season stats dont matter when you have one team who could careless about it. Tim deserved the MVP but this will fire up Shaq anyways. Go lakers

    Lakers in four.

This will set up a seven game western conference finals series, which the Kings will win.

    Spurs in 7.

Lakers don't have Rick Fox (arguably their best on ball defender). Their supporting cast has been suspect up until game 5 and 6 against the Wolves and probably will be suspect. But Kobe will turn out a pretty good performance considering no one on the Spurs can contain him. This game is goin to be about the supporting cast. If Fisher and George shows up, it's Lakers. But if Parker goes back to reg. season form and Jackson continues to drain 3s, Spurs got this series.

I thought it would be a great series last year. San Antonio disappointed me last year. They really had more trouble with the Suns than I expected.

I really want San Antonio to win, but I am afraid it will be the lakers in 6.

I really hope I am wrong. If the Lakers win this - Greg Pockavich should not have gotten the coach of the year award. I think he is over rated anyway.

Duncan is one of my favorite non- Rocket players. So talented without the giant ego of MR. Bryant or Mr. O'Neill.

    Go Spurs!!!!!

If I was betting, I would have to go with the Lakers to win the series. If I had to go with my heart, I want the Spurs to win. Tony Park isn't consistent enough to handle the pressure the Lakers are going to place on him. I think that is the critical issue.

I think the western conference championship game will be between Lakers/Kings with the Kings winning in 6. The Kings are the better team and should have won it last year if not for the refs. However, this year I think the refs are going to be in the hot seat. A lot of NBA fans remember what happened in game 6 of the Lakers/Kings series in which the Lakers were handed the game by the refs. Fans were reminded again of the refs poor one sided calls in game 3 of the Lakers/Wolves series this past week. All calls being equal Kings have the huge advantage just because they match up well against the Lakers. Also another factor is that the Kings have improved with the addition of Keon Clark. Lakers have done nothing to improve other then getting one year older. They won't have the benifits of the officiating.

My bet is on Kings in 6
