Very true and gets worst if you include negative stereotypes about all those groups. However, terms like "Black" and "White" aren't exclusive to the USA. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/qETLZlTYKag" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Lmao, just because somebody's "friends" with another race doesn't mean they're incapable of something incredibly unprofessional or possibly racist.
Are you sure they even said this? I could have sworn my ears perked up during the game when I thought I heard this and then realized it was something that sounded like "black guys". I don't remember what I thought they said. The thread is too long for me to search through it, but I hope someone had the clip to confirm it. Otherwise, a big mess over nothing.
Bull ****. Bill has been a superb, professional broadcaster for the Rockets for decades, and at his best with his old friend, Calvin Murphy, and even Clyde is professional doing his broadcasting duties. I just wish he was better at it.
Yeah I don't think saying one unprofessional thing makes you totally unprofessional. Just goofing around maybe in poor taste but no big deal.
Depends on the context because even some East Asians identify with it, but generally the media doesn't use that anymore due to past history about "Yellow Peril". In addition, Asians are not all yellow and actually include Southeast Asians and South Asians, which can also fall under "brown".
I think Bill is the best! Great announcer, a Rocket tradition. I don't care what he says, I will always think he is wonderful. I love Bull and Clyde too!
I know it's a lot of closet racists on Clutchfans that's for damned sure. Why even watch basketball if that's the case? smh
