What I thought could be a start of a winning streak might end up being a losing streak.

It better start soon. I am disgusted that we don't protect our home court. The little sisters of the poor can roll into TC and beat the Rockets silly. Just ridiculous. This team has too much talent to lay down for opponents on their home hardwood. Got to get tough.

We'll find a way to get waxed by the Knicks and the Lakers, I'm sure. Exceedingly more than enough talent for that not to happen, but I honesty would not be surprised.

    7-0

    New poster here.

The team has a chance to go 7-0, but could also go 4-3. But, I think what will be more important for the long run is not win-loss, but, ironing out the wrinkles of the offense. Starting with the San Antonio game, the Rockets made great strides in tightening up its offensive schemes.

With Lin in the starting line-up, the team basically has a flexible offense which is running through three players now, Howard, Harden, and now Lin. The triple-headed offense worked to maximum efficiency in the San Antonio game, which was the Rocket's best game of the season on both ends of the floor.

The team has struggled since that win, but, that's been due to fatigue, and the kinks in the offense needing to be worked out. Like last night, what's the offense going to be during the last 5 or 2 minutes of a close game? Harden isoball in the last 2 minutes is not an offense.

In the upcoming seven games, it will be a great time to work out the kinks playing against mediocre teams, with the biggest thing they need to figure out being Harden, and whether he's on board the whole team concept. When the offense runs through Harden, he must actually run the offense, rather than look to just get his own shot. But, is he willing to do that? I honestly can't say.

And, McHale also needs to develop some sort of strategy for what offense to run in close games in the fourth quarter. I think just giving the ball to Harden and let him do his thing is not the answer. Harden doing his thing within a semblance of some organization on offense, now that could be something else.

So, if they can iron out the kinks re: their offense, but go 4-3, I'd take that over going 7-0 while just winging it on offense.
