Not the only guy. Multiple times Lin ignored Howard in the block for his own shot.

People just see my username and ignore my posts but I expect that. This view about how dumb it is to blame one person for certain problems plaguing the team is just 100% wrong and stupid to continue the finger pointing.

(At 1 time or another I have defended almost every single player from this finger pointing, mob mentality).

Well there's no way Howard isn't pissed... I just hope it doesn't ruin chemistry.

Hard to call it out coached when Harden brings up the ball and shoots a contested 3 with 1:20s on the clock and 18s shot clock, then drives into 3 defenders and gives up a charge, then dribbles so high and lazily that DeMarcus Cousins... I repeat that, DEMARCUS COUSINS steals the ball from him.

From 1:40s Harden took 6 consecutive shots.

I somehow doubt McHale was saying, "Go ahead James, take EVERY shot from here in!"

Now, if you want to blame McHale for NOT reigning Harden in, that's an entirely different debate. I was calling McHale out on that *last* year...

Houston should build around Howard to become a contender team
But we are not doing that right now

Ruby Gay Trade just made the West even tougher. I think Sacramento may be better than the Lakers after the Ruby Gay trade. Sacramento was supposed to be a easy win, not anymore.

Btw Calvin is going off on the last couple of possessions...let him have it, call them out Calvin

Pretty much this for the people bashing Harden for his last few plays (While everyone was praising him for his earlier clutch shots lol...) it is what it is, silly fans will be silly fans.

But the Rockets don't understand this either. They don't play with the same sense of urgency to start games that they do to finish them.

The whole team ignored Howard, they fronted him pretty well. Of the rockets moved the ball around the would have been able to get him the ball

Thank you! Saved me some typing.

    I hope so.

He was one of the main reasons we needed a chance in the first place. If he had played some, just some, just a little bit, of D, we would be in a better place in the first half. He scored a lot of points to cancel some of his mistakes but some of those points could also be scored by Howard if Howard got the d@mn ball.

Exactly. And his heroball towards the end offset his good deeds earlier.

    You too :)!

He did, he was just making this comments for the benefits of the people who didn't, just in case some people would believe that's the case.

I don't usually comment on Harden and McHale as I tried to stay positive but THEY MADE ME REALLY REALLY MAD TODAY :mad::mad::mad:.

Well, fellow CFers, happy new year to you and your loved ones! :):)

You have to remember McHale played with BIRD. It was just give the ball to bird and let him shoot.

Problem is Harden aint no Bird, not MJ, not LBJ, not Paul George, not even a superstar.

McHale is delusional with the way he is not developing Harden and keeping him on a very short leash. I fear McHale and Harden have lost the plot.

Ship both of them outta town now!!!

Everyone ignore Howard tonight, Harden just happens to be the main culprit.

Definitely. But we know a lot of posters here have there bias and agenda.

The entire team forgets that Dwight is part of the team. It's not a Harden problem, it is a Rockets problem.

They still depend on the 3 point shot when they don't even need to any more.

Time to change the team philosophy and call actual plays for the endgame.

Our young star keeps reverting to his bad habits.

On paper, one could argue that Sac has a solid roster, even on par with Houston.
