Wish for this game: Schaub puts on a good performance but we still lose. We then trade him to the Raiders for a 2nd round pick.
Keep dreaming. Nobody is giving up anything for Schaub and his contract... Even the Raiders are not that dumb.
Texans are trying out for a new coach, they are going to play hard. Have to hope for a WAS win. They have no reason to lay down since they owe their pick to STL.
NFL - teams don't hand over assets for a guy everyone knows will be cut and available for FA peanuts by March. 1st pick, 2nd pick, we're going to be fine either way. It will come down to which team's roster has completely quit and just want the season to be over - clearly a problem for both us and Washington. Giants and Titans are both at home, but both are eliminated from post season. Hard to predict what may happen. If I'm hoping for anything, it would be a Cleveland win at Pittsburgh - if they tumble out of the multiple team tie for the third pick, I'd think they'd be more open to the idea of trading their two first round picks. But looks like Rick Smith does have his eye on Bridgewater.

Hopefully Washington whips the Giants and then the outcome of this game won't matter, though are being played concurrently. It would actually be ideal to me for the Skins to win and the Texans to snap that losing streak before going into next season. But really, I just want that top pick.
That is my best case scenario for today. Redskins win and Texans sweep the t*** but still keep the #1 pick.
