In my opinion, there is a simple solution for Dwight and the Rockets. If the center defending Dwight is 7 feet and above and weighs >260lbs, not the most mobile but plays good positional defense, work Dwight on PnRs. If the center defending Dwight isn't the above, put him in post up situations. I'm good with Dwight working on his post game. It's improved a lot and it will open up a new dimension for his game and the Rockets offense. But PnRs should be his bread and butter, especially against certain type of defenders.
trade him for better humble players who play for the team and win not for the stats or his happiness.
