    True in what sense? Today's game is all about match-ups and making pieces fit. With Beverley starting we had 2 40 point quarters, back to back, earlier this year. Yes, we had one tonight with Lin starting but a huge bit of credit goes to Parsons for that start. As for making him come off the bench it doesn't make sense, personnel-wise and you know it, as does anyone with any basketball knowledge. You're just tossing up straw men left and right

    Is a ton of offense needed from that position? Not most of the time. Our second unit struggles mightily with offense and Lin fits much better in that slot unless you're completely obtuse and blinded by LinLoveLust. He can get some minutes with the starters as first off the bench and he can finish games if the matchups work out right for it. As the old saying goes - it doesn't matter who starts, but who finishes.

    Garcia isn't as bad on D as people seem to think. He has a ton of 3 and 4 block games this year. And of course as I type this out he fouls a 3 point shooter. Ugh.
