So I'm trying to set this up with my tv, the soundbar works fine but I'm not getting any bass from the subwoofer. I've made sure it is synced, the firmware is upgraded but still nothing. Anyone ever had any issues with this before?
Not talking about the internal tv speakers. Its a soundbar and the subwoofer isn't producing any bass.
I just bought an LG soundbar and am having the same issues. It uses an optical cable and I'm running it out from the receiver. When I watch TV it seems like just the sound bar works. I know the sub works because I switched the soundbar over to blue tooth and tested it by playing music off my iPhone. There is an extremely noticeable bass output from the sub between that and TV watching
I've tried this already. It's probably just I may have a faulty subwoofer then. I switch it on to Bluetooth to play music from my phone and still no bass.
