Junk food would cause him to crash and have spontaneous energy levels.
I'm guessing he just meant more protein and complex carbs.

Low sugar and no processed carbs like bread doesn't mean low carb. You just replace it with quality complex carbs that mother nature has given us..like potatoes..

If aliens landed on earth..especially in the US..they would be shocked to see the amount of sugar that we eat on a daily basis..only to hear us talk about how we have to run on the treadmill for 2 hours after work to keep up with our so called low carb diet.

    Things that are killing us:
    Sugar
    Sitting
    Smoking
    Processed man made foods.

I lost all of my weight by eating basically only cards I didn't have any more than 10-15 grams of fat for the day and stacked up on carbs. I got down to 152 pounds and I'm just under 6'3.

I did a little exercise but not much. Nowhere near the amount of Dwight.

Totally not hard to be thin when you exercise and skip the fat meals.

In the U.S. is different though. I tried your bread over there and it's basically the equivalent to a can of coke in my country. Packed with sugar.

High carb diet might be more difficult to do without consuming sugar. I didn't drink any sugar and hardly consumed any.

Cutting out the sugar alone will shed you weight over a year.

I always thought sports team will monitor too,but guess I am wrong.

Thumbs up for Dwight being open to change

I have depression/anxiety myself, and trying to cut sugar - but I guess I need to look to other factors too :)
