You forget how classy and realistic Lin is about his faults/holes in his game when you see his fans post.

The stark contrast to the way he and his fanbase think is completely on the other side of the spectrum.

 

Some should just get off the back of Jeremy.

They dissect his game and fail to mention other players in the rotation.

From the stats Lin had a serviceable comeback

 

Its a starting PG thing. AB and Alston, before him, all got heaps of criticism.

 

If you are a Rockets fan, why trade him? This board is noise only. If he produces like that rusty, why call for the trade? Unless you're...

 

I like Dragic's game. He is one of the players that keeps me following the Suns. Yes, he can make clutch plays but I know he can't be relied on for these kind of plays.

Poor poor Jeremy lin fans, they can't take it when their favorite player is criticised.

He deserves what he gets, credit when he plays great, criticism when he makes stupid mistakes on defense that hurt the team.

2 assists 5 turnovers - consistently leaving their best 3pt shooters wide open...pathetic

Rox offense wasn't the problem tonight. DAL was on fire across the board.. 51%FG/50%3PT/87%FT. Our 6 extra TOs didn't help either. Asik guarding Dirk would've been nice.

 

100% agree. lol everyone loves using Lin as scapegoat. Lin this Lin that.

It also happened to Tmac, Rafer, Shane, AB, Chuck ... Taylor, Jim Jackson, Walt ...

Every basketball player is criticized on forums, you Lin fanbois are just too butthurt.

 

And sorry that ain't gonna happen under Mchale unless we somehow develop a system D which is really effective just like Spurs.

 

2 assists and 5 turnovers as the starting PG is not going to get it done. This is why I want Rondo.We don't have one pure playmaker on this team. Lin is a score first combo guard like Harden.

 

Did Dallas run away with the game. I recall we were ahead at the half. Did Lin single handedly cause the Rockets to collapse in the 2nd half? Ayn Rand the famous philosoper said run when you hear someone say I am doing it for your own good.

 

Harden is just as fricken poor on Defense too - but he is our best player, that is why Beverly starts, because he is the only perimeter defender we have that has defensive position discipline.

How about some praise for superman Dwight? He had another great game doing everything except blocking shots. In fact, the only block tonight came from Aaron Brooks lol...

 

as to your point #3, yes I do think parsons plays shorter but he plays longer. he gets to the basket very quickly and in less steps so if you do that you tend to jump forward not vertical towards the basket. we all know he can jump. I will have to look to see if he takes off on one foot or two. again, you gain something you lose something. knowing when to play big or when to play small comes with experience.

 

I second the motion. There should be a Fire Sampson thread if defense is the issue. The right coach must be called out.

 

Lin fans criticize Beverley's lack of assists but at least he does not turn over the ball at an alarming rate

Not sure why people are displeased with Lin's game.

Not only was it realistically his first game in about a month, 5 TOs is pretty much on par with Harden's season average, and most of you would be happy with Harden scoring a few less points but doing it with good efficiency and still getting to the line 10 times.

 

No. You're hatred and delusional thoughts are just too much to bear as a person.....we can take all the criticisms, but the excruciated pain felt towards Lin from people like you are just to much to bare. Haha....:grin:
