It really wouldn't be a good idea to trade Parsons. He is the core of the team.

Unless, of course, there is someone else on the team that can fill that void(Casspi, Garcia).

Is it about friends or trying to win a championship...? Parsons, McHale, and Lin were here last off season and Howard refused to be traded here. He's here because of Harden period. Howard will be happy as long as Harden is happy. You don't see Howard talking to the media about the ball getting sticky. He knows better.

And Harden probably wouldn't give a rat's a** if Parsons got traded.

parsons is doing too much that he might not be very good at. He should just stick to fast break, shooter & cutter.

Sorry, but it's a business. While it was really cool for CP to do that, he is by no means untouchable b/c of his recruitment efforts. GMAMFB - sorry - but if the right deal comes along - bye. Especially now since the guy can't hit the side of a barn.

    Bumpity.

    One month later.

How many of you guys would still be willing to give up Chandler in any trades? I'm sure there will be a lot more "hell no"s added to the poll.

If Kevin Love became available, I'm sure we could replace Parsons with a mid-level guy.

Parsons plus 1st rounders might be able to be one of the best offers out there if Minnesota is forced to trade him. Minnesota could use a guy like him.

I think trading him would be a huge mistake, look at how disjointed this offense looks when he's been out. He is the "glue" guy for this team.

Lmao, Parsons is my favorite player but Morey would not hesitate to trade him for any of those guys if his salary were higher. Right now he is a bargain and it would take too many players to match salaries but once Parsons gets paid you're going to see Morey shopping him like crazy if other teams inquired about a trade for any of those three players.

For Love or someone at a similar talent level (top 10) then yes. I love Parsons, but if you have a shot at a Harden, Love, Dwight scenario... you do what you have to do.

You don't **** with Chandler Parsons. He is going to be a power agent like Arn Tellem or Dan Fegan one day and will exact revenge on your team.

You don't **** with Chandler Parsons.

When building a championship roster there is diminishing returns on talent, at a certain point it becomes less about amassing talented players and more about how the players fit together.

While there are quite a few players that are better than Parsons individually, there are very few that would be able to replace what he does on the floor and in the locker room, he really seems to be a perfect compliment to Harden and Howard.

When I look around the league given age and impact in regards to this rockets team, these are the only guys I would trade him for.

LeBron, Durant, CP3, George ,Westbrook, Aldridge, Curry, Love

I'd trade anyone including Howard, Harden, and Parsons if the guy we were trading for was better.

I wouldn't even trade him for LeBron James.
