Was anyone watching the SAC-UTH game last night??

They played Stockton's '3' at the buzzer as the Jazz's greatest shot ever. I didn't even look at Stockton, but I watched as that Karla bear-hugged Drexler on the pick!!!

    Damn...I was fuming!!!

Greatest shot??!?!? Thats actually correct and portrays everything the Jazz were in the Stockton Malone era. A bunch of dirty, cheating players that could only win by cheating and never reached team greatness!

I remember that shot. I also remember the refs raising Drexler's hands for conciousness after Malone put him in a full nelson.

That was in 1997, not 98'. In 98 we lost the series also 3-2.

I've been telling my roommate about that shot for two years, and he finally got to see it last night. I was yelling and pointing at the screen, "Look at the bear hug! Look at the bear hug!"

    He didn't see it. But I did.

I was at that game and felt my heart being ripped out. It was the deadliest silence I have ever heard in my life.

Can anyone find a picture of the "bear hug" malone put on Drexler?

Well, I think we can all be at rest to know that the Jazz/Summit curse will haunt this team no longer.

The new downtown arena and the ghosts (already one so far) will haunt the Jazz for years to come...
