I don't know about you guys, but personally I find myself enjoying it way too much all the fans for teams rumored to be in the running for Asik sitting next to their computers with their fingers crossed hoping Asik will be theirs by the end of the day.

    Like this Boston guy:

"I kind of wish the deadline was yesterday. Another day of leaning on the refresh button."

    :)

The fans, the pundits, the GMs, they can keep spewing nonsense about how Morey has no leverage, Morey outsmarted himself, Morey is desperate, the more Morey waits the less value Asik has, et cetera, ad libitum, ad infinitum, ad nauseum, but you know what? At the end of the day, the bottom line is that Morey has a player they really really want on their team, whose services will be sorely missed by the Rockets if traded. If they think they can get Asik at a 90% discount just because Asik wants out (and apparently they do think that, given rumored offers), then they need a refresher course on what an NBA contract means.

Let's keep Asik and dump McHale/Sampson.

Any coach past semi-competent can get an Asik-Howard lineup to work. Even McHale's done it for a couple of quarters by accident (thanks to a timely Beverley injury). It was just that, as usual, McHale only sees what he expects to see and doesn't pay the slightest bit of attention to what he doesn't expect to see.

You ain't a real Rockets fan if you can't remember being a Rockets fan before Clutchfan even existed, because that means you ain't even around when Kenny Smith hoisted our first O'Brien trophy.

Morey is not afraid to deal Asik to a Western Conference team if he gets back players he wants.

Seriously.... just shut up.... comparing "LOF" to the Communist man hunt and the Salem Witch hunts?

Also put your money where your mouth is and give ONE example of Clutch encouraging and promoting LOF bashing......

Because he types out a novel every time he gets quoted and isn't even a Rocket's fan. You're entitled to your opinion but I couldn't careless about it.

I don't think he cares about your definition of what a Rocket's fan is, yet it seems like you randomly reply to one of his post with that comment thinking that he should care about what you think is a "Rocket's fan."

Maybe Torocan is like you and couldn't care less about your opinion.

One can only hope. It's become about Lin's "fans"

That's what happens to threads right before they die.

Meh, I thought he wasn't at one point either, but he has dedicated himself to the rockets plenty outside of Lin. I think you need to ease up on him breh. It was pretty annoying when his groupies would site his posts as evidence but that isn't his fault.

I've given him credit multiple times for being intelligent but I have to call it like it is. That's not to say that he doesn't have some valid points on things Rockets related but knowing the underlying premise makes it hard for me to take him seriously.
