    Well of course I would choose the latter, but by already sitting out and not trying hard on the court, Asik has proven that he doesn't exactly make the right decisions.

    Again, it's too early in the season for teams to offer up a good deal. A deal will happen at the trade deadline when there are better offers with teams needing to get under the tax or have playoffs fever.

    1) I expect his new, all-powerful agent (Arn Tellem) to beat some sense into him.

    2) The past week has hopefully opened his eyes to how much damage his pouting and lazy play has done to his trade value.

    I can't say I've seen Asik play poorly on purpose.

    To play really well, you need minutes with your teammates, minutes in the game. It builds chemistry, etc. Its more difficult to be in for a short period of time. We all know this.

    C'mon now, Asik may even be unhappy, but he'll play and play well.
    And if we start dominating, he'll get happier. And if we trade him when the time is right, he'll also enjoy starting somewhere else.

    I can't see this as an issue.

    Drives me crazy all the talk about player's inner thoughts and intentions.

    if asik plays hard, makes the team better and keep things cool at the locker room, Morey will have no need to trade him anytime soon.
