cyberx is a highly valuable poster. The more from him the better but I appreciate how he is selective.

From what I've seen, Doc Rocket's posts are worthless nonsense. He shows up at "rumor time" to stir the pot and probably laughs his head off at the attention and respect. The effort some people make trying to decipher his useless riddles is sad.

 

in hindsight; i wonder what teams were offering for Asik this summer, right after the Dwight deal went down.

 

are you kidding? I understand Rockets fans see the media as having a anti-Rockets bias, but that's ridiculous. Go onto other team forums and you'll see that Rockets were frontrunners for D12.

As far as Doc goes, it just seems like he's lost a ton of credibility over the years. I don't doubt that he was once an insider, but not now.

 

Not sure about the "quietly asked" part but somewhat understandable if so.

 

Omer Asik is by far the best player in any of these rumors, other than maybe Millsap.

I feel he did asked quietly when the DH signing went down but nothing happened so he became impatient and went public. After all, a 27 yr old center is more valued than a 29 yr old center. He is loosing his earning potential by being benched in HOU. Kinda makes you appreciate Lin more since he has not gone public with a trade demand.

 

Do you think he plays for us now? Or just continues to sit on the bench and sulk?
