Yeah, lets just let a let a 7'6 300 pound dude limp around the court with a history of foot injuries after he would've naturally put more pressure on that foot given the massive welt of a bruise he had on his other knee from knocking knees with Kobe.

Sucks, but hopefully you see a win.

Glad to hear he's already biking. He should still a couple of weeks. Sprains can linger. Agreed his minutes need to be reduced.

Maybe time to look at our training staff? We sure do get injured a lot, I'm just saying

Except for last year when we were one of the least injured teams.

I feel sure it was a medical staff decision and not a coaching decision. If no further injury will occur ....

It just goes along with the way Harden plays. He goes all out on drives and his feet end up in bad spots sometimes with his Euro step.

    Another one bites the dust!

I hope everyone gets healthy and that our team is 100% when the season ends, in time for the playoffs.

Either that or the Rcokets are trying to destroy his career. At this rate Harden wont have much of a career if he keeps getting injured because the coaching staff keeps running him into the ground 45 minutes a game.

Get well James. I would like to see him rest that ankle against the bulls and see if he is good enough to give it a go on Friday against the Pacers.

If not take your time James its a Marathon not a Sprint!

Have any of you played sports? I mean, what do you do as a coach when you have a player come up to you and say, "I want to play," and when you look over at the training staff, they give the nod?

This is common. Do you dolts think that Sampson ran over to Harden and helped him take his warm-up off while lacing up that sneaker a bit tighter for him?

My God, the lack of understanding of how decisions are made on a team is astounding on this forum.

James does play through injury a lot so I give him credit for toughing it out but Kelvin Sampson is an idiot. For playing him after he was limping and for hanging off his nuts all the time. It always sounds like he's infatuated with Harden, it's disturbing.

Harden got hurt and tried to play through it. In hindsight, not a great decision.

No one should be crucified and there are no hidden agendas.

thats what you get when you run one on one plays all game long. barely any screens, picks, cuts, movement. nothing but iso harden or post dwight.

A high ankle sprain is dangerous.
The Rockets need to be very careful with him.
    We can't win without him.
