Got it on second try. He's outplaying a lot of guys drafted before him even though he is considered by many here to be a bust.
Probably one of the Morris Twins, or Spencer Hawes. First thought was Jeff Green, but I dont think he's shooting that well from 3. Definitely a big that shoots a ton of threes which there aren't many of nowadays. I'm going with Spencer Hawes.
Pretty good looking shot chart I'd say. Marcus is 23 years old. If he had finished college this would be his rookie year. He's on his way to becoming a big-time sniper in this league.
He's 24. If he had finished college, he would be in his second season. He has turned into a nice three point specialist.
The one thing I noted about Marcus in Houston is that he was a deadly spot up wide open shooter. In Phoenix he is playing with two very good point guards on the floor together. He is the product of their system, and it is doubtful that he could replicate it on most teams.
Oh.. well I was close. Should have known from seeing the long 2's. Ive been defending Marcus for the past few months every time someone on here tries to use him as a knock on Morey. Truth is for the 14th pick in a crappy draft, getting a player that is at the very least a specialist stretch four is huge. Both Morris twins will have a long career in the NBA, and I wish Morey would have been able to keep Morris last year, but I understand the reasons why he had to move him. Hopefully Terrence Jones, and Isiah Cannon can still make the trade worth its while down the road.
Morris would be able to do what he does on most good teams. Most guys that aren't creators and/or stars, struggle on bad teams. He is a role player.
Ok new one, who's shot chart is this? Hint: Possible MIP candidate, discussed in one of Simmons fake trade proposals, FL.
Thanks for that. I did get Marcus Morris right, although not Affalo. You would be surprised to see Marcus Morris outrebounding his twin brother on a per minute basis, or pretty close.
