    Howard had a pathetic game when he should be the leader after Harden was hurt.

    With Howard,no playoffs.

    Honestly right now the team isn't that much better than last year. Howard is an upgrade over Asik on rebounding and finishing but that's about it. His interior defense is probably about the same. Other than that no more depth than before.

    The Rockets are playing with a depleted roster right now. Having said that, this is Howard's most listless game in a while. I also think Garcia and Casspi are playing like garbage lately.

    I would blame the injuries and inconsistent bench for the short rotation. Fatigue finally catching up to Rockets after 3rd game in 4 nights playing with a short rotation.

    The Rockets get up to play the superior teams but still don't know how much effort to expend on the inferior teams. They cannot expend the max effort all the time because they would end up beat up by the end of season.

    But this early, they are already beat up and injured. Morey needs to get players who can play for Asik to shore up our line-up. Looks like our fragile line-up won't even last till Christmas.

    We kept King's to a bunch of inefficient mid range jumpers ( a lot of which were contested). Our offense just couldn't get it together
