So a random internet poster accuses the owner of this site of disliking Lin, and you are going to take it as a fact.

It's Garcia I'm worried about. Tonight was just among the games that i would consider he played decent.

To be clear...
Not disliking him as a person, just not high on him as a player.

 

You seem to think just because he gets paid millions he should be happy with whatever position they decide is best for him. Yes this is a job, and when he signed the contract he was told he would be the starting center. We got Howard things changed blah blah blah....

You and many people are reflecting upon him. You and I would sure be happy to get paid millions to sit on the bench. However with his skills and talent(something we don't have) he can showcase it and make more.

Can't blame him for wanting out, and unfortunately if he doesn't voice his discontent then he'd be stuck here.

I just wish both sides could have kept this on the DL so we can get better trade value for him.

Scola is kicking ass for the Pacers, having a low post scorer off the bench might give them the edge in the playoffs. Kevin Martin is hitting shots for the T-Wolves. They are far from useless, maybe to our team, but not to a team that uses their skill sets.

Yup....just ask the Miami Heat....without Ray Allen they could kiss that last ring good ridden bye! This is why OKC is still keeping old Fisherman around...:grin:

 

I think howard being out for foul trouble helped skew the advantage to them. I think if we had a legit backup 5 in there, even Greg Smith, then it would have been different stat wise.

 

Scary stat...I think if we just rebound better, this team is championship worthy. As stand conference finals at best. Take a look back at the game where Howard and Asik both had double figure rebounds...they were crushing it. The point of the TT was to generate a huge rebounding advantage, unfortunately it did not pan out.

Too many people on here screaming for PG or a stretch 4, when our problem is not on the offensive side.

 

Regardless, I'm hoping we can just pick someone up and move on from this.

 

We don't have a backup center and we don't have a backup power forward who can rebound/box out.
