Despite the win i still feel we need to improve and I feel that we are still lacking defensively. Hopefully with Asik's trade we can acquire a piece that will tighten this department.
I think TJones has regressed a little bit in the past few games, but its normal for such a young player to do so, and i'm confident he will have better games soon.

We also need our bench to step up a bit more so we can have better rotation management and gain confidence from our coaching staff.

We need Lin to be healthy and more focused, I feel he has been playing scared and lost again these past 2 games. He needs to stop with this inferiority complex issues and bring in some mental toughness in his game. I hope he improves in the next few games because this team does need him.

Lin will probably need a couple of games/practices to get back into rhythm. He wasn't terrible tonight, just looked a little rusty.

Anybody else think Bev shoots better playing 30 minutes of frenetic defense instead of 40 minutes?

I thought Klay Thompson was suppose to go off on us in the 2nd half, according to Mr. ANALysis Doug Collins.

Yall jokers are so quick to go there. I am not a LOF lets get that straight. My thing is when dude was balling and cats on here were going off on him Clutch didn't come here and give him love like he does for Beverley.
Beverley hasnt had a good game like this in a long time. I like the energizer bunny but come on keep it 100 please.

No, bull****. F**k Asik- he quit on my team, so he can go f**k himself. You quit on the Rockets, like Vernon Maxwell in 1995 and Omer Asik in 2013, you can go straight to ******** hell. "Oh....boo ******* hoo, I'm getting paid millions of dollars a year and I can't take that I have to take a back seat to the best center in the game." WAAAAHHHH! Go cry on some other team, you p***y Asik- hope he never wins a championship.

(so, you know how I really feel :)

Had a similar thought. And it wasn't like he only shot 2 or 3 FTs.

There wouldn't be a board to keep a 100 on without the poster you're calling out so relax.

Everybody gave Lin his due when he was playing smart efficient basketball, today was not one of those days. Today the better player was Beverley, don't understand why that concept is hard to comprehend.

He'll find his rhythm. He took 4 shots, 4 in 20 1/2 minutes. How many touches did he get and then suddenly he's supposed to run the offense. If the ball moved better he would have warmed up and felt like a part of the offense. I want the coaches to tell Harden to get the ball in Lin and other players hands in possessions so the whole team is in a rhythm and it isn't Harden and the Rockets but the Rockets. If Lin needs to move off the ball more, which he could of today, tell him move his butt. The win is good, but the style of play needs a lot of work.

I think it might be because he hasn't played for a while.

Beverly has ONE good game and all the BOF are celebrating  how about all the horrible games Beverly has? and guess what? despite this ONE good game from Beverly, Lin is still better. and the stats proves it:

    http://www.basketball-reference.com...sum=0&p1=linje01&y1=2014&p2=beverpa01&y2=2014

and you BOFs need to chill out. the Rockets won. it was a great team effort. no need to rain on our team's parade and spread negativity by bashing one of our players and by bashing other fans.

You are delusional ! This guy is being paid REAL money, not monopoly money. His JOB,and yes it IS a job, is to play and produce. It's a shame they have to pay his dog arse. For real.Keep in the dressing room and don't occupy a bench spot ...those are reserved for players with some cahones.

Honestly, I didn't think Lin played that badly, especially in the first half... Until those three possessions in the third where Douglas broke him down. I haven't seen Lin's handles get that shaky in a long time. I don't buy into all these conspiracy crap but could it really be a confidence thing with Lin? He has a few TOs, misses a shot or two and maybe he starts getting tentative or second guessing himself? I have a hard time believing a pro that's dealt with his journey and considering what he did in NY would be that fragile mentally, but stranger things have happened. Heck even Howard gets questioned about mental toughness and that man is a beast.

Regardless, Lin didn't play THAT bad tonight. And Beverley broke out of his offensive funk with some huge buckets down the stretch. What a great game.

How about we forget that we squandered a double digit lead to the Mavs couple weeks ago :)
