[xmas gift] Where can I buy a US flag

    I want to buy a new US flag for my friend. And this is short notice while I'm staying at his place in Houston.

    Specs

    15' pole. He says standard size...

    I don't care what the size...anyone know where I can buy an American flag of respectable size.

    Go to a flag store at a mall. Katy Mills or something. Those guys NEED the money BAD, especially this time of year. I once walked into one and had the owner/cashier literally beg me to buy something. I just left him 10 bucks. I think he'd have preferred I left him a tube he could connect to his exhaust pipe and run into his car window.

    There is a flag store on Beltway 8 in Pasadena just north of Spencer on the feeder.
    That's the closest one to where you are at.
