That is EXTREMELY good for what pieces they have in my opinion. This coach man, he made so many small calls, directing players, it's just amazing. like, for example, waiting for cp3 to take it up and 3 sec before CP3 take a shot, he tells brandon bass to intentionally foul deandre. another example is, he sees the offense cp3 is running, he points avery to go to the shoulder. I'm like why is he doing that? no one is there. Then CP3 penetrated and kicked it out to the 3, but the path of the pass was right where avery is at. He made these calls several time

They are definitely overachieving given their lack of talent and Stevens is the real deal. Any coach that can turn Jordan Crawford into "Steez" and get him to produce efficient games deserves an award. Once Rondo comes back this team will be solid.
exactly. Washington gave up on crawford for almost nothing because they thought nothing of him. I don't know how the coach see it, Crawford has never played pg at any point of his life but he saw the pg in him, and made him control the offense, and playing VERY efficiently compared to his previous years . I can only imagine what this team would be in 2-3 years.
