Trading Dwight may be good for basketball reason....
but you have to bring a better player or picks in return
Trading him for westbrooks/durrant/leborn/chris paul......is always a gd idea.

    serious...
Dwight can attract free agents and third stars to houston....
    don't estimate this.

This year the Rockets are 15-7 with injuries and everyone complaining how badly we suck, how much Howard sucks, Harden sucks, and no chemistry, etc.

Last year the Rockets were 16-11 post all-star break and everyone being totally excited about the Rockets finally coming together and playing awesome.

That's the difference between Dwight Howard and Omer Asik. One player makes fans think contending is underachievement. The other makes fans believe playing above average is an overachievement.

The thread was closed because it was a moronic opinion. I don't know you well enough to say you are a moron but that opinion on its own sure was.

You must have been watching the game on mushrooms.

The Warriors game was the same day when the news came out the Rockets hope to trade Asik by Dec 19.

Dwight would have been looking REALLY bad if the Rockets had lost that game (making it 3 in a row).

Not only is he ruining a previously good team, but the Rockets can't even win a game.

That game being rigged is not crazy at all.

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

I'm sure the mods thought of these things already though because they are just so much smarter than everybody.

The scary thing is that it seems you actually believe in what your posting.

Yes, but look how much they have to force feed him and make him the focal point offensively. That is going to be a disaster in the playoffs. Sorry, but that's mostly the way the league is and it's compounded by him being uncoordinated, awkward and clumsy.

We'll see you how feel when the Rockets are eliminated in the first round. The only way I see the Rockets advancing past the first round is if Parsons scores 30+ in three or four games in the series which he might do, but if that happens it just shows that they should be paying him & not Howard, therefore they should keep Asik's $8 million bargain salary and trade the grossly overpaid $20 million salary of Howard.

    D-Mo will be traded too.

    He makes Dwight look bad.

Asik makes Dwight look bad too (he's much better defensively).

That's the real reason that he will be traded because if Dwight looks bad, then Morey looks bad.

The other way we advance is if the series is "rigged" and league makes the refs give us calls!!!

Asik is better in defense; h12 is better in offense.

Force feed him? Are you serious? He averages 10 shot attempts a game, 2.5 per quarter. Yea he definitely is the focal point of the offense.

One is paid by $20M. The team cap is used and locked up for many years.
The other was paid by $5.M. The team had cap and hope.
