He is over the hill. He should not be running the direction of the team. Let me complain and send hom packing. I have been an avid rockets fan for many years. But, you need to know when to quit. He is not good enough to be in the post anymore. The post is too easy to defend. He can barely dunk anymore. Out
Not good for your first post my friend! He can barely dunk. That was funny!!!! ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness." [This message has been edited by HOOP-T (edited December 05, 2000).]
Actually, it's not very funny that he can barely dunk anymore. ------------------ "He was under more balls than a midget hooker."-Bobby Hill visit www.swirve.com and, http://www.geocities.com/clutch34_2000 for great Rocket insight by some of your fellow BBS posters!
No, but it is funny to say that Hakeem can barely dunk anymore - an utterly ludicrous statement. I have seen him THIS year throw down some nice ones. To say he can barely dunk is just ridiculous! ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
There is a reason why Rome's followers are called clones-they do not have an original thought in their head. "Out"??? Come on, a little effort goes a long way. ------------------ Save our children from the TAAS test: TAAS test report card TAAS test fact sheet
ummm, i've also seen him get rim-checked a few times. it is very, very sad. ------------------ Mobley and Francis ...are not the two best players on the team. - Rockeem 11/2/2000
Lil francis that is absolutely the most ridiculous trade proposal ive ever heard. ------------------ --TEX
Is that clones or clowns? ------------------ Walkin the mile, walkin the mile, walkin the green mile.
By the way, Hakeem threw down three dunks with ease, and good power too (although one of them did not count) in the Dallas game tonite, so far. ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
I now i'm gonna get bashed for this one,but i just find it possible. Risky, unloyal, difficult, etc yes,but it could also bring many benefits. If hakeem really feels this way then trade him.Now here comes my proposal: Trade Dream to wash for Juwan Howard and felipe lopez.Reason:Wash wants cap sapce, which we can give and being realistic, this off-season we wont get webber or anyone else worth while.JH is an upgrade over MO,his career reb avg is like 8(which he can increase here not being the first off option) and is good offensively.Lopez can be a good back-up sg which we would need after the second part of the plan. Part 2:Trade MO and shandon to orl for BO outlaw. He would bring defence we give up from trading shandon plus intensity to the team and more rebounding power. I dont now if these trades are achievable but you cant argue it CAN bring a brighter season/future(howard is just 27/28) Final roster: c-Cato/Collier pf-Howard/Thomas/Rogers sf-Outlaw/williams/bullard sg-mobley/lopez pg-francis/norris what do you think?? ------------------ We find it necessary and we know we shall win/As we are confident in the victory
I wouldn't trade Shandon or Mo by themselves for Outlaw. I am sorry, but Outlaw is a decent player at best. A terrible offensive player, a good defensive player, and a good rebounder. Taylor and Anderson are both well rounded, versatile players that can fill a stat sheet on any given night. Sure, so far Mo has been a disappointment. But in no way do I favor trading either for Outlaw. ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
