Melo fits perfectly if the Rox goes full ISO. We wins the championship hands down if the NBA starts playing with 2 basketballs.
Are you saying Harden is Lebron good? You know, LOFs tend to stay within certain threads while you haters are taking potshots and troll everywhere.
Gawd, dude, you think you know the full story of the LOF's... Have you been to a game this year? You want to see LOF in action, go to a game. My wife and I were the only non-LOF's in Section....408, I think it was? A.k.a, "Lin's Groupies". Male and female alike. Whenever Lin touched the ball, they jizzed. (I think?) Whenever EITHER team did anything impressive (righteous slam-dunks), they cheered. And since this was the Clippers game/loss, this meant they were cheering more for the other team than for the Rockets. If we didn't have Lin, the Toyota Center would lose 25% attendance, but then again, so would this BBS; and I'd quote the little boy at the end of "Animal House" when the Bunny flies through the window and lands on his bed: "Thank you, God!"
I think Les is smart enough that if trading Lin helps the Rockets get closer to a championship, then it's not going to be a difficult decision for him to make. Maybe Lin adds a little intangible value now with his fan following, but winning championships and finals appearances add long term, QUALITY fans.
At least someone is cheering at the TC arena. That place is quiet even when the Rockets are doing something good. The only time where I can remember the place buzzing is when OKC came to play and Rockets beat them last year and went on this little run in the 4th QTR I believe. Was nice to hear a big cheer and see the crowd excited for once.
