Iggy is not playing thank god, if he was we would have no chance. I think Harden can go off on Thompson or Barnes.

Why he meant was for the team to step up defense and let him do all the scoring.

O really? Last I heard, we're having post-up because Dwight wants to have his touches when we could be running the PnR more, which incidentally, is what Dwight and the team is better in.

    Yeah, whatever.

But 4 men cannot guard 5. That means, Houston's system has 1 scorer vs [any team] will have 5 scorers

why? harden and howard are two superstars. We also have great offensive power from the bench.

Naw, I hope Harden is on Klay and makes it his mission to slow him down tonight. if he's on barnes the dude will have a career high.

Well you can credit McHale for setting up a perfect example in himself for that.

No, only one superstar! That is Har_en. Howard needs buy into Houston's (aka) Har_en's system too.

We are not losing three in a row.

Rockets by 8. Harden to play some D tonight.

I think the Rockets might pull this one out. All the injuries to this team will probably make the Warriors relax and come out lacking urgency, and the Rockets will capitalize on that.
Harden's pride will be on the line here and he will play decent defense against Thompson. Harden/Howard PnR will also be utilized more after that 0-10 from downtown game.

If Garcia holds Barnes, Barnes may have a career high and Harden may be better served guarding small forwards anyway... But I said that "IF" Parsons doesn't play cuz it would be Bev, Garcia, and Harden... So why not put Garcia on Thompson instead of having Harden chase him around all those screens....???

But I still think people are going overboard on the defensive issue as far as tonight. GSW is a team you have to outscore and they will let you because they don't play great defense either. And just like the Rockets _ GSW is a hard offensive team to defend. Just will be a hard task without both Parsons and Lin _ unless Howard wakes up on the offensive end...

I'm still surprised that there isn't a thread looking for sub-titles for this .gif.

I can think of a bunch that come to mind...

"Oh no, not another Dwight post up!"
"This isn't a 3 point contest. It's okay to play defense..."
"You mean we're losing to Phoenix? I saw the score and thought we were playing the Heat...."
"Was that a bounce pass to Omer's feet?"

I kinda doubt it. We embarrassed them 3 times last season, matching a record in one game. Players have pride and egos, not to mention I'm sure they've watched enough tape to realize our perimeter defense is a joke.

Jermaine O Neal played really well against the Raptors the other night. Did a lot of little things that didn't show up in the box score but really impacted the comeback. Sucks that Asik is out.
