I'm actually a good fan so I'll go by how we played against them last year and say this will be a win. It's not like GS is the top seed, they're not even above us.

    Rockets win 118-85

Where are the 'trap game' comments?

Or are these obsolete after we fell into a trap two games in a row.

Well, I am curious to see how they react to a bit of adversity. It can help bring a team together.

I don't know, I think it's a possible tight game and win for the Rockets. The team plays very good teams well and poor teams poorly. So, they'll be up for this game. Harden can't possibly play as poorly or poorer than he played Wednesday night, he was beyond putrid. He was as ineffective at just about everything as possible. So he may come back strong, at least score points and do some playmaking. Jones may come back strong and maybe Beverley puts up between 15-20 points. Maybe Curry and Thompson will be human and shoot just OK and the Warriors will be a little out of sync. The team should be PO'd and play with some attitude and an edge in this game.

I'm anticipating Klay to go beserk with Harden on him, but James intern will probably out score him.

Dubs match Rox record of 3s made in a game and we foul to prevent them from breaking the record starting around mid 3rd quarter.

What? I agree with him that the Rockets are a better team than GS.

Here's a thing about the Warriers:

I've never noticed that before, but they're extremely short and shallow in rotation (is Iggy still out?).

Their guards (Curry & Thompson) practically never get minutes off.
The only one really rotating is big-man-Ausie Bogut (relieved by Jermaine Oneal).
Also coming off the bench is Draymond Green, filling in for Forwards Lee and Barnes a little.

That's it. No one else gets even 10 minutes of PT!

    That's interesting.

You think we can exploit it somehow?

You agree we'll hold the Golden State Warriors to 85? The Jazz backcourt dropped 71 on us

No, I don't think we will hold them to to 85. I do think the Rockets are the better team, they just need to learn to play together. I think we all knew it would take some time. Hopefully Mchale will grow and learn from his mistakes the same way the players need to.

They are a lightsout 3pt shooting team and we are a farsical at defending the corner 3's. Recipe for disaster.

As soon as Barnes has been back, it seems he has restored their scoring flow. Unlike IGGY, this guy can score in a variety of ways which also helps Curry.Jermaine O'neal has been really solid but they have no depth whatsoever. None so we need to wear them down.

We're lacking depth too with Parsons, Lin, Asik, and Smith out. Parsons and Lin are our top 3 and 4 scorers and we have no real back up centers.
