it's like they actually keep getting worse. and miami needs to stay off national tv for a while until they feel like playing some time around midseason. lebron seems banged up as well, they should consider giving him some time off. they're probably not going to catch the pacers if they take the first half of the season off, and yet they could probably get the 2nd seed even if they take the whole season off.
We should offer up Asik + whatever more to take Bosh from Miami. They seem to get killed by big men that can score
He is a mental midget as well in the last 2 minutes of a game. He will fold like a cheap tent in those situations. If he isn't front running in games he sucks.
ummm he did it against the freaking detroit pistons when the game was on the line a couple of nights ago. Brandon Jennings cleaned his pocket like a professional Italian pick pocket. I have been following lebron for a long time.
Lebron's clutchness over two years ago = Horribly Intolerable Lebron's clutchness in the past two years = Intolerable He became better but his clutchness is still Intolerable. He missed the big shots in game 6 and let Ray Allen bail him out. And he went off in game 7 when popovich's stupid game plan was to let him shoot uncontested open three pointers all game long like it was practice. He had no freaking pressure all game long. Did you not see this or did you miss the entire series?
LOL okay dude. I won't debate this with you. If you think Lebron "sucks" and is a "mental midget" at this point in his career, you're just being foolish.
Bro I never said he sucks. He is just not clutch. Would I take him on my team? In a heartbeat. But the boy is not clutch those are the facts. A point blank LAYUP was his clutchness against the Pacers on a failed defensive assignment.
Game 6 against the Celtics in 2011 was as much pressure as any single player has ever faced in an NBA game, and LeBron had one of the best games of all time. I really don't understand how anyone can say he doesn't do well under pressure unless you are specifically defining "pressure" to mean last second situations. The amount of pressure LeBron had just going into that game was extreme, because he was already being branded a choker from the year before and not winning a title that year would have made the entire Decision a huge disaster. Similarly, in last year's game 6 against the Spurs, yeah, maybe in the last few minutes LeBron made some mistakes, but what about going into the fourth when his team was down big in essentially the title game? He single-handedly got the Heat back into the game. That isn't pressure? Comparing these things to some meaningless regular season games is just hating at its finest. It's like you have to dig so hard to find flaws in this guy.. I guess it speaks to his greatness.
"If he is not front running in games he sucks" That is just untrue. But you'll believe what you want. So be it...
Miami's weakness shows up again, lack of rebounding. Pacers, Pistons and Bulls have that and if the Heat face at least two of these three teams in the playoffs, Bron's gonna have a tough time
Yeah, but this has been the case the last two years too. The Heat just go to a higher level in the playoffs. I get the impression the Pacers & Bulls go all out during the regular season. Although the Pacers have improved and will be a challenge for sure.
The game 6 at Boston I will give you that. I would say that would be his finest moment where he delivered truly in an all time crucial, critical, pressure packed situation. I mean if you fold in an all star game there might be mental issues right?
It's not just the game 6 at Boston. He has tons of "clutch" playoff moments, probably more than any other current player in the NBA. Everyone remembers the Dallas series in 2011 and LeBron should rightly take criticism for that chokejob, but he was spectacular in all of the previous series-- and many fans thought both Boston and Chicago would take out the Heat. There was a game in Chicago where LeBron and Wade led this furious comeback in the last couple of minutes drilling three after three. That's not pressure? How about the following year, against Indiana, where LeBron had two big games after the Heat went down. How about the end of game 2 against OKC, where he hit the biggest shots of the game? The "cramp" game when he came in and drilled a huge three to seal the game? I mean, just in the last few years LeBron has tons of clutch moments. To say he folds under pressure because he blows a few regular season games or, god forbid, an all star game.. you've got to rethink this angle man.
