I finally shelled out lots of money for court side seats to the Rockets vs Blazers game and I could not believe Hakeem did not play more minutes in the second half.

He was playing very well earlier in the game passing and scoring. What pissed me off is that in the 3rd and 4th, Rasheed Wallace and Dale Davis were killing us on the boards. Kenny Thomas CAN NOT defend Wallace and doesn't have the offensive skills of Dream. I was yelling to put Dream in and they should have.

I also went to the Phoenix game where dream scored 19. He was guarded by Cory Blount. Come on, I know Dream is old, but if he played more minutes, he'd get 30 points easy.

    Rudy, PLAY DREAM!!!

    I agree w/ you tinman!
What I don't get is that evrybody's talkin',"We're run and shot" or "We were, and should still be, Post up"....
    Why not Both?
Let the new kids run & gun AND the old guy post up!!!
That's the problem w/the Rocks, we've been a one trick pony, like FOREVER!!
    We got both=play both!!!

    .............that's all

Tinman, cson, I agree completely. Hakeem can still play, and much better than most NBA centers. Also, he is miles above Kenny "double-pump" Thomas.

If I make this shot, the Rockets will win tonight. If I miss, they might still win, but I doubt it.
If I make two in a row, Florida's votes will actually count.

Right on ! are 10 to 15 post plays to much to ask ? Cmon Rudy Mix it up.

I see Dreams comment's as nothing more than a great warrior who still has a passion for the game.Last year on this board he was accused of not caring and only wanting to collect his big paycheck well this shows he want's to play well and go out with a bang.

If he's playing well give him some touch's DAMMIT !

it would be nice to see some diversity in the offense. however it would be nice if hakeem would be improve his spot up jumper. some of his moves he just cant get up there. he also fades heavily.

another thing is he needs to be given the ball when he is shooting well. and he doenst need to be given the ball when he is shooting poorly. like any guy but he cant expect to get the ball no matter what.
