You have to feel sorry for Tyson Chandler. He is the smartest guy on that team and he has to deal with the basketball IQ challenged trio of JR. Smith + Amare + Melo.
I would, except that he chose to come there. The whole Amare-Chandler-Melo combination never made sense on paper or practice anyway. It worked out because Amar'e became a bench player, but before that the three of them got in the way of each other.
Considering it was Josh Smith, it's totally forgivable. 99% of the time Smith would have chucked a 3 in that situation.
