Honestly it looked like it was a foul on Dwight while Harden was in shooting motion. We have seen Harden do that alot during hack-a-Howard where he just shoots it up even if he is at mid-court to get 3 FTs out of it.

They may have just called it a foul on Belinelli and ignored the Howard foul, but what I mentioned above is exactly what Harden was trying to do. And the rule I have mentioned is correct:

When Hack-a-Anybody fails, the NBA wins. Fans around the country should be disgusted watching that kind of an ending to a game. So we can only Hack-a-someone between minutes 4 and 2 before the game ends? What kind of stupid technicality is that? Let the players play.

^^I really don't get this at all. The foul was on Marco fouling James while he was shooting a 3. It wasn't on whoever was fouling Dwight. The two events have nothing to do with each other.

You look like a dip****. 4th quarter, 2:33 left. Marco had a shooting foul on James which granted him 3 free throws. The call had nothing to do with Dwight's man fouling him at all. The call was made for James being fouled on a 3. That is why he got 3 free throws. The two calls are two separate occurrences.

lol! Pops had a rough night.
First his team is down 23pts, then Coach McTroll ruins their inbound play, finally his Hack-a-Dwight plan backfired.

    :)

He seriously has to be taking years off his life lol. His absolute FURY @ Tony for leaving Bev open for a 3 was equal parts hilarious and ridiculous/scary. Sometimes I think he's gonna stroke out, but I have no doubt that part of the reason the Spurs have been so good for so long is that they are terrified of Pop's crazy ass.

sorry but you're wrong. Dwight would be shooting the ft's if they called the foul on him. What harden is trying to do is get the and1, where his 3 goes in and then Dwight makes the and1 ft. Otherwise it would be 2 ft's for Dwight.

Your quoted nba rule clearly says during a successful basket

We gave him an ulcer, he gave us the lolz. :)
Pops really is great though, he has that no B.S tolerance that every coach should have.
Leonard took an ugly contested shot when the Red Mamba was wide open and he immediately called timeout. I could see him flailing about as they went to a commercial break during which Im sure he b****slapped Leonard.[IMG]

    DreaMac.

The foul was called on Belinelli. There was no loose ball foul on that play.

And even if there was, you quoted the rule book wrong. If there was a loose ball foul, Dwight would shoot the foul, regardless if Harden made the shot or not. If Harden makes it, Dwight shoots one foul. If Harden misses it, then two.

But Howard didn't shoot any, because the foul was Belinelli on Harden.

It was a smart move by Harden. He tried the same thing during the playoffs last year when they were doing hack-an Asik, but the timing was off.

Doesn't matter which foul was called, still a very smart move by Harden.

The refs called the foul on Harden while shooting the 3. The refs said that they didn't see the foul on Howard.

Obviously Pop did not notify the refs that they intend to Hack-A-Howard. Also the refs were ballwatching a ballwatcher hehehehehe...
