That is why IMO we should let him know he will get an offer from us for a couple hundred K (300?) more per year than MCE money with the official signing timing at our conveince this offseasom. That should keep teams like the Lakers, Nets, Suns, Pistons, and Wolves out of play for him and a few others who would be really tempted to go for him with their full MCE.

I lot of teams IMO would like Posey--but most of the teams who can offer more than the MCE IMO will go for bigger fish--thus I think we are in a good position for him.

I've had it bookmarked for a long time, but I haven't checked it out in months. I've got so much stuff bookmarked under "basketball" that it's rediculous! I guess I need to organize it better. :)

You wouldn't believe how many links to here I've got subtitled under "threads"... or maybe you would, lol. ;)

Gosh, I really like Posey..espceially the March April one. I hope it was not the 'contract' drive. Also I would love ROckets to sign him for 3-4 years, rather than Mocchie like albatross 6 years.

well, if i told you that some idiot would pay anderson 45 mill, you would also think i was joking. but thats what he got. i guess it helps if Satan is your agent. if anderson can get that much, then i wouldnt be surprised by any demands from any player.

    Anyways.

James Posey fits better with our team than Kenny Thomas did...even though KT may be the better player.

    Oh well!

Hopefully we will resign him..but not for too much. ;)

I like Posey but his BBall IQ has to questioned as he is often guilty of really dumb decisions in the worst situations possible.
(Remeber the foul on Miller with fractions of a second left in regulation as well as the other dumb reach in fouls and forced shots with plenty of ticks on the shot clock remaining?) This is not good on a team already saddled with a low collective court IQ...

Is Satan Posey's agent. If so, he is a goner.
