Don't stress it. It's gonna be the same for Teddy Bridgewater and Jameis Winston. It's a "we wanna belong too" kind of deal. They believe if they associate Luck with all those dynamically talented young players he will be validated. They make a conscious effort to keep Luck relevant since his weekly performance is not attention worthy. So every time there is a big performance from the likes of Cam, Bridgewater, RG3, Winston, etc., expect to hear a mention of Luck. They don't want Luck to be left behind. Cam doesn't fold under pressure, he lives for the spotlight. I don't think there is an DC that wants to game plan for Cam in a playoffs game. Especially a #1 overall team, like seatle, destined for the superbowl. I like RG3 and all, but he is not better than Cam atm. I have to be honest with myself . I know a lot of people in the media projected Cam to fail and still want him to fail by highlighting things that are beyond his control but Cam have yet to have a bad season. Even his sophomore year where people are alluding he had a down year he still put up 3800 yards passing and 700 rushing. And there is nothing fluky with the way the Panthers are beating on other teams. And I'm gonna say this again, the panthers have yet to draft or bring in any reputable offensive players since Cam was drafted and are currently a hard team to beat with a rag tag bunch of offensively players. And it's all because of Cam. Heck, they're maybe the only team right now where the WRs can manage to take the day off and still manage to win on Cam's leg. I like gifted players and I'm very good at pointing them out from their youth. I watched Luck's game hoping to jump on his bandwagon but the poor guy just doesn't have much talent. The fact that the media think it can manufacture talent is even more foolish. The media invented the arbitrary "he is gonna be great" label and smack it on whomever they like. Crap like that didn't exist before until Luck came into football. Great players are dominant from the get-go even though they make mistakes. mj , duncan, federer, serena, tiger, phelps, bolt, lebron, calvin, cam, griffin, etc. are dominant from the minute they pick up a ball. You don't need to label them "they gonna be great". Saying a player is "gonna be great" sounds like the media is buying time for a mediocre athlete like Luck to hopefully improve. Talents are innate. No matter how experience you have you can NEVER become talented or great. FACT!
Matt Flynn is sooooooooooo bad. All that money because of 1 game LULZ. Surprisingly, Matt McGloin has looked competent in his few starts.
watching the steelers this year is such torture. i get pissed when they lose, and i get just as angry when they win.
Gut-wrenching loss for the Steelers. It just isn't their year but they compete like champions every week.
great football game...too bad our Texans are gonna get massacred in the first 12 minutes of the game... Hopefully the Patriots implement the mercy rule...
Texas Alum Justin Tucker 5/5 FG and in essence carried his team to a win. Meanwhile fat f-ck Aggie Randy Bullock was spotted at Wataburger ordering a grilled chicken sandwich.
