Butler was averaging 15 ppg that year and Odom 15 ppg and 10 rebounds... They were veterans and had more than a year's start between them. Kobe had two guys putting up 15 points and wasn't bad defensively. Harden had Parsons who was putting up 15 was ranked around 20th at his position. And Jermey was coming off injury right...??? Delfino was a EXCELLENT POWER FORWARD right....??? McHale had perfect coaching right...??? They didn't even have any plays...Lol.. Asik was the only other big time player night in night out on this squad and he can't catch... Harden did more with less... That's what I consider

Look at Portland's starting lineup they had last year compared to the Rockets and they didn't make the playoffs.

Not once did I call the rest of the crew scrubs. You're just taking it that way. The only description I gave was inexperienced and limited starts...A team full of guys who were pretty much coming off the bench the year before.

what about portlands starting lineup? All they had was Aldridge and a rookie PG with no legit bigman..thats no surprise to me

what bothers me, is the close games at the stretch, there's no clutch player.
Harden iso is not really working. Im okay with a set play for Harden but if he doesnt have a clear lane or shot then oulet to Parson, Lin, or Dwight if they are open. I dont think harden should be trying to draw fouls in the last 2 mins of a game.

Melo doent have any court vision outside of the basket. Harden is widely regarded as the best passing/court vision SG in the NBA. The Thunder had him running the point at the end of games. You are so clueless regarding the game of basketball it is farsical. It's almost as the Kevin Martin comparison.

    from Clutchfans.net

Title: Role reversal: As Howard sacrifices minutes for wins, Bryant cripples Lakers' future
Excerpt: Head coach Kevin McHale opted to ride the hot hands, leaving Howard and Jeremy Lin on the bench as the Rockets put away the Grizzlies with a 38-23 burst. Most impressively, neither star seemed bothered at all. Howard, in particular, was routinely the first one off the Houston bench to high-five his teammates and encourage Asik (his own replacement) to keep up the good work.

Reflected in this article from Clutchfans, both Howard and Lin are regarded as star
