    nothing Jones did or didn't do, likewise with Lin. McHale just decided stay with the lineup that was working and never subbed out until Garcia forced him to

    Jones, Howard, and Lin all were playing well, but I guess things just weren't clicking as well as it could be. Then the bench unit got rolling and McHale decided to stick with them.

    A win's a win. There'll be a bajillion more games after for these guys to play.

    Not hating on Howard/Harden but this game makes Lin's and Asik's contract look pretty good. Solid defense by Houston's guards.

    The real shoddy defense was by Jones. Casspi did a much better job on Zach than Jones. Whoever Howard was not covering had a walk to the basket. Sorry.

    Hopefully it won't take too many games for Howard to realize that his post moves suck. First Bargnani and then Koufos. Stick to what works, move quickly like how he did against Delambert instead of trying to back down his defender.

    They showed this last year as well. Not to take anything away from Harden, but this team doesn't need him to put 100% into offense on every play, they're all capable offensively.

    Just put a little more effort on defense and put his playmaking skills to better use and he can finally start taking some steps to the best shooting guard in the league title.
